Attached to this post is a dev driver that must be capable of downloading the radio data just as the OEM software does I have tried to do a simple channel interpretation and validation, so this is prof of concept driver to test PC radio communication. They don't advertise it as such though, because the VHF performance is poor. As I have enrolled into developing a driver for Chirp in a "remote" way in the past BTECTs I must say that I will need a radio in my hands to test and validate all the features, otherwise the support will be only experimental and with just basic channel handling from my side. The actual programming cable is available separately and contains a prolific pl usb-serial chip. To be clear, the programming cable is not the one that comes with the radio, that one is a charge only cable. The cable uses the same driver as all my other Baofeng and TYT cables. I don't see any baudrate indication at a glance, can any of you tell what is the exact baudrate and codification the driver uses?

It's not as hard as it sound, the main problem is to find a person that came to Cuba to bring the radio. I bought the programming software for the unit from Banggood, but couldn't get any of it to work! And many thanks for uploading the software. Going back over it again, I was able to get the "" software to run and program the radio, it also can run in the mhz as well I have it receiving KIH on I just received one of these.
